RE-CERTIFICATION PROCESS

Annually, KMSDC renews MBE Certifications with its clients. To re-certify, you will need to complete a re-certification application, and return it along with the $150 non-refundable processing fee to our office.
If you have made any changes to the ownership or business structure of your company, please report those and attach the appropriate supporting documentation so that we may ensure that your company remains in compliance with our Certification guidelines.
The re-certification application form is available to download using the link below. Please note that you may not complete the form online. Due to the sensitive nature of the application and the required documentation, you must mail or deliver the application, along with the application fee to the Council Office.
