KMSDC RECIPROCAL CERTIFICATION

For businesses who are located outside of Kentucky or southern Indiana, KMSDC grants reciprocal MBE certifications to MBE's who are certified and in good standing with any of the NMSDC's Regional Minority Supplier Development Councils. Upon receipt of the completed application, KMSDC will immediately begin the certification process.

You must first be certified by the NMSDC Council in your home area. For a list of NMSDC Regional Councils, please click here.

We are required to keep a copy of your home Council's most current MBE Certification certificate and approval letter on file. Please return these documents with your completed application.

The reciprocal application form is available to download using the link below. Please note that you may not complete the form online. Due to the sensitive nature of the application and the required documentation, you must mail or deliver the application, along with the application fee to the Council Office.
