KMSDC MBE CERTIFICATION

Thank you for your interest in becoming a certified minority business with KMSDC!

As an affiliated regional council of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the Kentuckiana Minority Supplier Development Council (KMSDC) is bound by the certification policies and procedures of the NMSDC.

The first step in the Application Process is to attend an MBE Orientation, where you will learn more about KMSDC, who we are, our programs and services and the certification process. Because we believe orientation is vital to having a successful relationship with you, we prefer not to begin the application process until we have had a chance to meet you in person.

These sessions are held at noon on the first and third Thursdays of every month and there is no charge to attend. Please e-mailJohnetta Tucker or call her at 502.625.0135 to RSVP your attendance.

The certification application form is available to download using the link below. Please note that you may not complete the form online. Due to the sensitive nature of the application and the required documentation, you must mail or deliver the application, along with the application fee to the Council Office.
